Sanur, Nusa Dua |
Sanur: Channel one & Jeladi Village just off Sanur Beach. excellent sites for students, Check dive & introductory lesson. Especially those who have less time, this dive sites reword with lots of tiny aquatic life. Sailors eye ball, sea pen, Christmas tree, worms very often mantis shrimp, Moray Eels, Spanish Dancers and crocodile fish but watch your hand for stinging hydrozoa by achieving neutral buoyancy. Depths are 2 meters to 18 meters & most, good visibility. Nusa Dua: Very close to Sanur dive however each & every dive site presents extraordinary wealth of marine creatures & different characteristics. It can be absolute astounding depend on movement of the water & time of the day. |

Special dive to have a closer look at sharks often encounters laying on the white sand at depth of 18-20 meters. Current can be tricky. Morning is the best time for the dive. Gili Tepekong, a small island of volcanic rock, is a 15 minutes boat ride from the Bay. It means the toilet! The water is colder here because it's exposed to the open sea. Pillars, caves and tunnels can be seen along with mackerel, barracuda, jacks and sharks very special. The highlight is a trench lined with huge boulders o the southwestern corner. Currents and surges swirl here with amazing force. |

Very slow dives. Wall dive with almost no current great for all divers. 50 meters can be reached. Black sand, lots of fish. For snorkel this is an easy spot & for trainee divers. This offers a great variety of fish. The beach is crowded with about a hundred colorful "Jukung" local outrigger fishing canoes powered by sails or small outboards. Experienced divers take a five minute boat rides to the site then are dropped to a wonderful wall. The boat follows along the wall and pick up after the dive, or dive leader planes the dive so it ends up to the beach. Visibility is generally between 10- 20m. Amed is Generally calm year round, depending on the moon and tides, occasionally there may be currents and surge. Conditions dictate dives. Check with guide which site will be exploring. Students and beginners start off the beach and head east. Skills are generally done around the crates then onto abundant coral and fish life. |

Generally no current. This dive site is for experienced diver as well beginners. Lot to see rocky beach makes hard to enter & exit but the sit is memorable. Amazing cavalcade of colors & shapes are unbelievable & make this spot as a well rated dive site. |

Most of the days, slow dive can be achieved here. Beautiful sloping coral wall drops to 65 meters. hard coral & soft coral lots of fish. Often manta rays are visitors. This area current is slower than other area.

One of top dive site. Soft coral, small fish with clear visibility is the high light. Mambo season decorate the site. Often Jacks & sharks are visitor while clown triggerfish, giant sponge & staghorn coral cover the site. Under neath lobate coral lobsters are common.

Closest from Bali, not as good as rest however often might get an opportunity to get visited by the mighty Sunfish (Mumbo). Visibility is alright but movement of the water can create strong upwelling & surge. Good spot to see big ones.

Famous for strong surge, but manta ray are specialty of the site. Depth of 6 meters to 18 meters in a lucky day ends a dive with stingray, eagle ray & Turtles. Reef is not as good but fish can be an objective to capture an image.
